Well Little Miss - it's your Birthday and you are 2!
That means for the past 2 years I've had this beautiful granddaughter
that lights up my world. I guess this love originates from her
mom - because I love her mom so much - and this is
Mini Bethany all the way. There is no softer hair,
no sweeter eyes, no brighter smiles, and
they all belong to this little one here. She's given me
moments in time when I actually stop what I'm doing
and just sigh - because I know she's mine (ok and I share her
with the other Ama that loves her too). There is a
tenderness in this one that I cannot describe. She's
experienced amazing things, been many places, and
enjoyed being loved by a wonderful family. How
grateful I am that my son has a little girl in his life,
they bring out the best in a parent. I love that she knows
how to love, and she's careful with the hearts of those
that love her. Her eyes twinkle when you see her and you
know that they reflect all the joy inside of her. I love
that her parents are teaching her good things - about a
Heavenly Father that loves her, created her, and expects
many things from her. I love that she has a big brother to
watch over her, and not kill her when they are rough
housing (; when they play. I have a lot of plans for you
and I little one - I anticipate the day when I can be with
you more, and watch you in the events of your life.
I hope you know that you are so very very loved by me,
and that you have given me the sweetest memories
ever in the past 2 years.

She is so adorable! Can't believe she's 2 already...love you
Leaving her this weekend was so hard. Made me think of you when you had to leave them after your receent visit. I hate that part. But glad we share these two cuties!
